In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Each individual may hold only one Account on jl460. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, email address, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jl460 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jl460 in writing of unauthorized access.

• Account registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number. This number will be used for identity verification, two-factor authentication, and account recovery.

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or game malfunctions to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players in table games or any other format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent game integrity.

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement directive requires account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily held. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, any withheld funds will be returned promptly.
